In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their financial journey, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions.

Role Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent at Dependable Life Solutions, you will own the complete sales cycle. This means you'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our offerings, and ultimately closing sales. You'll operate in a dynamic virtual environment, utilizing phone and video communication to build strong relationships and drive successful outcomes. This is a full-time, commission-only position where your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential clients via phone and video calls to identify needs and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial goals and challenges.
• Present and explain financial products and solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Experienced professionals can expect to earn between $80,000 and $132,000 or more annually, based on performance and sales success.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required
• Industry and/or sales experience required
• Authorized to Work in the United States
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly across phone, video, and email.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and resilience in a performance-driven environment.
