Ink Connect is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our growing team in Los Angeles,CA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative work, staying organized, and supporting the daily operations of a busy office. The Office Clerk will assist with general clerical tasks, document organization
Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
* Maintain accurate office records, databases, and administrative files
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general office inquiries
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
* Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars
* Prepare basic rep
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic office environment
